We are currently inviting fresh graduates to apply for the Junior Underwriter-Trainee position at our Assosa Branch. This entry-level role is specifically designed for recent university graduates looking to build a stable and rewarding career in the insurance sector, offering comprehensive on-the-job training and permanent employment status.

1. Junior Underwriter-Trainee [1 Position]

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a BSc/BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, Economics, Agricultural Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a directly related field of study.
• Experience & Graduation Year: Zero (0) years of work experience is required. Applicants must strictly be graduates of the years 2024/25 and 2026 G.C.
• Academic Standing: A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.0 and above is mandatory.
• Age Limit: Applicants must be 25 years of age and below.
• Remuneration: Salary will be provided as per the Company’s scale, accompanied by an attractive benefits package.

2. Required Soft Skills & Competencies

• Proven interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Complete fluency in both spoken and written English.
• A self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented personality.
• The ability to execute assigned duties efficiently and accurately with minimal guidance and supervision.
