Position Summary

The Data Systems/ Database & Knowledge Management Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust data infrastructure, databases, and knowledge management systems across the PCU portfolio. This role ensures that high-quality, timely, and reliable data supports programmatic decisions, reporting, impact evaluation, and institutional learning. The specialist promotes digital innovation, data governance, and knowledge sharing to enhance project performance, cross-learning, and evidence-based policymaking.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Field of study: bachelor’s or master’s in Information Systems, Data Science, Knowledge Management, Computer Science, Agriculture Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years with a Bachelor’s degree or 4 years with a Master’s degree of relevant professional experience in database management, data systems, or knowledge management roles. Experience working with multi-project portfolios, donor-funded programs, or government data systems is preferred.
