At-Con Engineering & Architectural consultancy plc was established in 2002 to provide a compressive range of consulting services for governmental, private sector and public enterprises in the field of Highway Engineering, Structural Engineering, Water resource Engineering, Bridge Engineering, Architecture and other related works.

Position 1: Architect

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Architecture from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and supervision.
• Specific experience in design of building and landscape works
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare high-quality drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Registration or eligibility for professional licensure (advantageous).
• Experience in sustainable/green building design (preferred).

Position 2: Senior Architect

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in architecture from a recognized university.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and construction supervision.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-Up, and other architectural design software.
• BIM Certified with proven experience in BIM-based project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainable design practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Professional registration/license is an advantage.

Position 3: Structural Engineer

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc or MSc Degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in structural design and analysis.
• Proven record of accomplishment of working on infrastructure projects such as buildings, bridges, or industrial facilities.
• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, CSI SAFE).
• Strong understanding of structural analysis, load calculations, and material behavior.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes and safety standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Position 4: Senior Structural Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in civil engineering (Structural specialization preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in structural engineering and supervision.
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design standards.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• BIM Certified with practical experience in BIM coordination and structural modeling.
• Experience in building and infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Professional registration/license is an advantage.
