Key Responsibilities
Assist the owner with business development and daily operational tasks. Collect data, perform calculations, and prepare reports. Work with spreadsheets and analyze prices and costs. Communicate with shops, suppliers, and business partners. Prepare concise management reports and proposals. Gradually assume additional management responsibilities as experience develops.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Applicants should demonstrate the following:
Fluent proficiency in English and Amharic. Genuine interest in business development and management. Basic numerical and analytical skills, including spreadsheet use, calculations, and data analysis. Ability to complete assignments independently. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and improve performance. Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and commitment to completing tasks.
