About the role: to plan, manage & control all animal feed production activities and to insure consistent quality, cost efficiency, safety and timely supply of animal feed products in line with company standards and regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential livestock farmers, commercial farms, and agricultural cooperatives to promote our feed products. Technical Advisory: Provide professional guidance on animal nutrition, feeding programs, and the proper usage directions of our products. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and agricultural stakeholders. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover new sales growth opportunities. Sales Execution: Negotiate sales contracts, process orders, and coordinate product deliveries smoothly with operations. About You Qualifications and requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Animal Science, Marketing Management,or related fields. Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in agricultural inputs, livestock feed sales, or technical farm advisory roles. Skills : ·Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Good understanding of animal nutrition and feed technology. ·Fluent in written and spoken English and Amharic, with great reporting skills. Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently
