Position 1: Athletics Project Trainer
Education: A bachelor’s degree and above in sports coaching, exercise science, physical education, or a related field.
Certifications: Recognized national or international coaching certification (Track & Field, World Athletics Coaching Education Certification) and WI/ CPR/First Aid certification.
Experience: Proven prior experience minimum of 3 Years in Competitive athletic trainer, particularly with children under 17 age or Professional athletic Project trainer and high-performance environments.

Position 2: Member Services Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Cooperative Management, Marketing, Management, Accounting, or related business fields.
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant customer-facing or front-office experience in financial institutions.

Position 3: Loan Officer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Cooperative Business Management, Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in credit analysis, lending operations, or customer credit management.

Position 4: Branch Manager
Qualification:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- At least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily branch operations.
- Lead and develop staff.
- Manage financial performance and budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Foster strong member relationships.
- Drive Amigos’ growth through participation in designing context-specific marketing and sales strategies.
- Contribute to developing Amigos’ products and services.
- Prepare reports for upper management.
