The Amhara National Regional State Government Relations and Out-of-Region Affairs Coordination Commission serves as a vital bridge for inter-governmental relations, diaspora engagement, and federalism coordination. Operating out of its central coordination hub in Addis Ababa, the commission is dedicated to fostering strong public partnerships, strengthening institutional federalism, and driving socio-economic collaboration across regions and diaspora communities.

  • Federalism Relations Senior Expert IV (Level XIV): Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Sociology, Federalism, Peace & Security, Journalism & Communication, Language & Literature, Economics, Law, Diplomacy, Leadership, or related social science fields with a minimum of 6 years of direct work experience. Monthly Base Salary: 19,464 ETB plus a 1,000 ETB monthly transport allowance. Position Count: 1 (Permanent). Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
  • Government Relations Senior Expert IV (Level XIV): Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, International Relations, Sociology, Federalism, Peace & Security, Law, Journalism & Communication, Language & Literature, Economics, Diplomacy, Management, or related fields with 6 years of relevant experience. Monthly Base Salary: 19,464 ETB plus a 1,000 ETB monthly transport allowance. Position Count: 1 (Permanent). Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
  • Diaspora Relations Senior Expert IV (Level XIV): Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations, Political Science, Sociology, Federalism, Peace & Security, Law, Journalism & Communication, Language & Literature, Economics, Diplomacy, Leadership, Management, or related fields with 6 years of proven professional experience. Monthly Base Salary: 19,464 ETB plus a 1,000 ETB monthly transport allowance. Position Count: 1 (Permanent). Duty Station: Addis Ababa.

2. Finance & Executive Office Support Division

  • Accountant IV (Level XIII): Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or directly related financial field with 6 years of relevant accounting experience. Monthly Base Salary: 17,838 ETB plus a 1,000 ETB monthly transport allowance. Position Count: 1 (Permanent). Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
  • Executive Secretary II (Level X): Requires a Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Information Science, Computer Science, or related administrative field with 6 years of executive secretarial experience. Monthly Base Salary: 13,732 ETB plus a 1,000 ETB monthly transport allowance. Position Count: 1 (Permanent). Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
