Available Job Positions
1. IT Auditor
Education: BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, including 1 year in an officer position.
Job Purpose: The IT Auditor performs technical audits of the Bank’s information systems, digital platforms, and IT infrastructure to identify vulnerabilities and help ensure the security, reliability, and integrity of digital assets and core banking applications.
Work Location: Head Office
2. Senior Service Quality Assurance Officer
Education: BA in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 5 years of relevant banking experience, including 2 years in an officer position.
Job Purpose: The Senior Service Quality Assurance Officer leads and enhances service quality assurance programs across the Bank’s channels, ensuring compliance with internal benchmarks and regulatory standards.
