Role description
AMG Trading (Abebe Mulugeta Genet Trading) is the largest producer and exporter of coffee in Ethiopia, boasting a commendable history of 15 years in delivering high-quality coffees to both local and international markets. The company was founded on the principles of ensuring fairness and transparency within the coffee value chain while meeting customer demands.
Abebe Mulugeta focuses on coffees sourced from renowned regions such as Yirgacheffe, Lekempti, Kaffa, Djimma, and Sidamo, which are synonymous with premium Arabica coffee. Since its establishment 15 years ago, AMG has built a reputation for fair trading practices and exceptional customer service, currently employing over 1,000 permanent staff members.
Position 1: Coffee Quality Test Grader (Q-Grader/Coffee Quality Grader)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Food Science, Coffee Quality, or a related field.
- Certification as a Coffee Q-Grader is highly desirable.
- Experience in coffee grading, cupping, or quality assurance is preferred.

Position 2: Export Documentation Officer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in export documentation and international trade operations.
- Strong knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, Letters of Credit (L/C), shipping documents, and customs regulations.

Position 3: Coffee Cleaning Operator
Educational Background:-
- Diploma from a recognized Technical college (TV.ET) in mechanics, Industrial, Manufacturing or related fields preferred
Experience:-
- Minimum 5 year of experience in coffee processing, cleaning, sorting or similar industrial operations
- Experience in operating and maintaining coffee cleaning equipment is an advantage.

Position 4: Senior Accountant
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of accounting experience
- Experience in Ethiopian tax system and reporting requirements
