AMG Steel Factory is one of the leading steel manufacturer and supplier in Ethiopia established in 2010 G.C. The company has large market share in the supply of steel products specifically galvanized ribbed sheets, color coated profiles, corrugated sheets, nails, and other wire products.

The Company is led by a General Director and all operations and services are managed by more than 25 qualified senior managers endowed with rich experiences. Total number of employees including contract employees has reached now to more than 1,000.

Position 1: Junior Accountant

Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Workplace: Akaki/Gelan, Addis Ababa

Position 2: Junior HR Officer

Education: BA Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
Workplace: Akaki/Gelan, Addis Ababa

Position 3: Marketing Officer

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience.
Main Duties:

• Plan, implement, and monitor marketing activities.
• Promote the organization’s products and services.
• Increase brand awareness and attract customers.
• Support business growth and sales objectives.

Position 4: Designee Engineer

Education: BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in trailer manufacturing.
Workplace: Akaki/Gelan, Addis Ababa

Position 5: Auto Mechanic

Education: BSc Degree, Diploma, or Level IV in Automotive Technology or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Workplace: Adama

Position 6: Graphic Designer

Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience.
Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design tools.
• Ability to create graphics, animations, motion videos, and other digital content.

Main Duties:

• Develop digital content for social media, paid advertisements, and SEO campaigns.
• Design graphics for digital and print media.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Officer to create insight-driven content.
• Assist with or direct company photo shoots.

Position 7: Senior Production Planning & Control (PPC) Engineer

Education: BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
