Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with embassies, international organizations (NGOs), airlines, and major foreign companies.
  • Negotiate and secure long-term corporate accommodation contracts with key organizations.
  • Identify and visit potential corporate clients in Bole Atlas and the surrounding areas, present proposals, and significantly increase the apartment’s occupancy rate.
  • Develop customized accommodation packages for corporate clients and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve assigned monthly revenue and sales targets efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain a strong corporate client portfolio and continuously identify new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strengthen the company’s sales and marketing position.
