AL-MAHI Trading PLC is inviting qualified and motivated candidates to apply for sales positions in Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa, Ethiopia .
The company is seeking candidates who can develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, promote products, expand sales, and contribute to achieving assigned sales targets.
Two positions are available:
Sales Officer – Addis Ababa Sales & Product Promoter – Dire Dawa
1. Sales Officer
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
Education
Applicants should have a:
Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Management , or a related field from a recognized institution.
Experience
Previous sales experience is preferred. Experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, consumer products, distribution , or related businesses is an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and sales potential may also be considered.
Required Skills and Competencies
Candidates should have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good customer-service and negotiation skills. A target-oriented and results-driven approach. Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships. Self-motivation and ability to work independently. Knowledge of the Addis Ababa market is an advantage. Basic computer skills and good reporting ability. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Fluency in Amharic ; knowledge of additional Ethiopian languages is an advantage.
2. Sales & Product Promoter
Location: Dire Dawa, Ethiopia
Education
Applicants should have a:
BSc in Pharmacy , or BSc in Nutrition
from a recognized university.
Experience
Applicants should have at least 1 year of relevant work experience in one or more of the following areas:
Pharmaceutical sales Nutrition product sales Medical or product promotion Pharmacy-related sales FMCG Similar sales or product-promotion positions
Required Skills and Competencies
Candidates should have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good sales and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented and target-driven approach. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Good understanding of pharmaceutical and/or nutritional products. Self-motivation and ability to work with minimum supervision. Good reporting and basic computer skills. Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Fluency in Amharic and Afaan Oromo is an advantage. Knowledge of the Dire Dawa market is an advantage.
