Position 1: Senior Customer Service Officer
- Education
BSC, BA Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance & related.
- Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking industry of which 2 years as Customer Service Officer II or related Position.

Position 2: Manager Customer Relationship
Required Qualification:
- BSC, BA Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration , Banking & Finance & related
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Customer Relationship and Resource Mobilization activities in the Banking Industry, of which 2 years in a supervisory position or Customer Relationship Manager.
