Position 1: Customer Service Officer I
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of study.
Experience Requirement
- 1 (One) relevant experience in a Bank.
The Customer Service Officer I
- Is responsible for making/checking front office customer service support at the branch.
- will handle/check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions, and respond to customer inquiries,
- handle cash and non-cash transactions, and all customer requests at the branch.

Position 2: Senior Internal Control – Finance and Treasury
- Education
BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking industry, including 2 years as an internal control, Auditor, or related position.
The Senior Internal Control Officer is responsible for continuous monitoring and assessment of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls over the financial, treasury, regulatory, tax, budgeting, procurement-payment, accounting, reporting, and other related activities of the Finance and Treasury Department.
