We are funded and operate through projects and programs supported by donor grants. These enduring strategic partnerships with a diverse range of donors are essential to our daily operations.

Position: Junior Cooperative Advisor

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A bachelor degree in relevant field e.g., Development Studies, Entrepreneurship, Agri-business or other related field.
  • A maximum of 2 years of relevant working experience at international
  • organization(s); experience supporting agricultural development projects.
  • Understanding and experience in project monitoring and evaluation is preferable.
  • Good oral and written communication skills (English and other languages where relevant).
  • Good computer skills in MS-applications (MS Office).
  • Working within the horticulture(potato) supply chain is a plus.
  • Having a high proficiency in English and Afaan Oromo languages.
  • Willing to travel to filed.
