Available Positions
1️⃣ Auditor
Education: BA Degree or College Diploma in Accounting or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years (BA) or 6 years (Diploma) of relevant experience. Skills & Competencies: Knowledge of microfinance business operations. Auditing methodologies and financial analysis. Strong communication and report writing skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word mandatory). Duty Station: Head Office (Addis Ababa). Salary & Benefits: Attractive package as per company scale.
2️⃣ Senior Attorney
Education: LLB Degree in Law. Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience. Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in Afan Oromo language. Strong knowledge of Oromia Region Constitution, court procedures, and legal proceedings. Expertise in Ethiopian criminal, civil, and commercial codes. Litigation principles and methods; ability to interpret codes of law. Excellent communication and legal opinion writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word mandatory). Duty Station: Head Office (Addis Ababa). Salary & Benefits: Attractive package as per company scale.
