Available Positions
Trainer (On‑Demand Deployment) Career Level: Mid‑Level (3–5 years) Number of Positions: 30 Responsibilities: Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) for MSMEs and digital trade advisors. Design, develop, and upload competency‑based training programs into the Learning Management System (LMS). Facilitate interactive training sessions (face‑to‑face and virtual). Provide coaching, mentorship, and post‑training support to MSMEs. Mentor emerging trainers and support Training of Trainers (ToT) initiatives. Monitor training delivery, collect feedback, and evaluate learning outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Education, Development Studies, HR Development, or related fields (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in MSME training, enterprise development, or business advisory. Certification in training, facilitation, or MSME development (e.g., ILO, UNCTAD Empretec, IFC) required. Experience with LMS and digital learning platforms is an advantage. Location: Addis Ababa and zonal cities across Ethiopia. Deadline: June 20, 2026. Training Coordinator Career Level: Senior (5–8 years) Number of Positions: 1 Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and deliver training and capacity‑building programs for MSMEs and stakeholders. Develop training materials, curricula, manuals, and digital learning content. Manage e‑learning platforms, learner enrollment, and progress tracking. Coordinate trainers, consultants, and facilitators to ensure quality delivery. Oversee training logistics, administration, and certification processes. Monitor and evaluate training outcomes, prepare reports, and support continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, Instructional Design, Development Studies, IT, or related fields. Minimum 7 years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, or capacity building. Proven experience in instructional design, facilitation, LMS management, and training evaluation. Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of MSME development and trainer certification is an advantage. Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Deadline: June 20, 2026.
