Graduate Trainee Program Overview
The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to develop well-rounded banking professionals through 2–3 months of structured off-the-job and on-the-job training .
Upon successful completion of the program, trainees are required to commit to serving Addis International Bank for three years .
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or another closely related field. Have graduated in 2026 G.C. Have a minimum cumulative GPA (CGPA) of 2.50 . Have passed the exit examination. No previous work experience is required.

Addis Ababa, Adama, Adigrat, Agaro, Aweday, Axum, Aletawendo, Ambo, Assela, Bale, Bekoji, Bensa Daye, Bishoftu, Butajira, Dessie, Dukem, Dilla, Dire Dawa, Durame, Gambella, Ginnir, Harar, Hawassa, Jimma, Jigjiga, Logiya, Mekelle, Meki, Metema Yohannes, Mettu, Modjo, Sebeta area, Shire, Shashemene, Teppi, Wolkite, Woldiya, and Yirgachefe.
Important: Applicants may be assigned to branches outside their selected locations, including locations within or near their preferred areas, based on the Bank’s operational requirements.
