Addis Eyita is a privately-owned company that offers consulting services in business and investment, provides training for businesses, and delivers intellectual guidance across various sectors. Additionally, it engages in import and export activities and was founded in January 2007 in accordance with Ethiopian Commercial Law.
The company is seeking to hire a qualified Project Feasibility Analyst.
Position: Project Feasibility Analyst
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- 0 to 2 years’ experience in developing comprehensive business plans or Project Feasibility Analyst preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to gather relevant data for business plan development.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements for the business plan.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and operations to effectively incorporate them into the business plan.
- Create detailed financial projections, including revenue forecasts, expense budgets, and cash flow analysis.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities within the business plan and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Ensure that the business plan is aligned with the company’s overall strategic goals and objectives.
- Present business plans to senior management, investors, and other stakeholders, and effectively communicate the key findings and recommendations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented business plans and make necessary adjustments or improvements as needed.
- Giving professional comments on internally or externally developed business plan.
- Conduct competitive analysis and assess government policies, rules and regulations relevant to desired projects.
- As required make necessary adjustments or improvements as needed on a developed Business plan.
- Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
