Required Skills
Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking operations and Sharia compliance. Customer service and relationship management. Accuracy in banking transactions, internal controls, and risk management.
2. Branch Manager I – IFB Branch
Duty Station: Dessie Job Grade: XII
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking, Management, or a closely related field.
Work Experience
Minimum of 7 years of relevant Interest-Free Banking (IFB) experience. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or an equivalent position.
Required Skills
Interest-Free Banking operations and Sharia compliance. Business development, deposit mobilization, and financial performance management. Leadership, staff supervision, and operational risk management.
3. Branch Manager I

Educational Qualification
