Addis Bank S.C wants to recruit employees in the following vacant positions. AdB is established by diversified groups of shareholders, Cooperatives, Micro Finance Institutions (MFIs), Iddirs, other business organizations and individual citizens.

The Cooperatives are mainly engaged in the provision of financial services, export business, manufacturing and services. The members of the major shareholders are mainly low and middle income citizens.

Position 1: Senior Network Engineer

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other closely related fields.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the banking industry, of which at least 2 years must be in an Officer position.
Job Summary

Under the general direction of the Manager, Enterprise Computing & Networks Division, the ideal job holder designs, implements, operates, and maintains the Bank’s enterprise network infrastructure. Ensures secure, reliable, and highly available network connectivity across the Head Office, branches, digital platforms, and interconnections with external service providers and third-party partners. Provides network support for the Bank’s Primary and Disaster Recovery (DR) Data Centers.

Position 2: Manager, SME and Cooperatives Relationship Division

Job Requirements
  • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, or other closely related fields.
  • For Master’s degree holders: A minimum of 6 years of relevant banking experience, of which at least 2 years must be in a Principal Officer position or at least 3 years in Senior Officer positions; or For Bachelor’s degree holders: A minimum of 8 years of relevant banking experience, of which at least 3 years must be in a Principal Officer position or at least 4 years in Senior Officer positions.
Job Summary

Under the general direction of the Director, CRM Department, the Division Manager plans, directs, organizes, coordinates, controls, and supervises Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functions for SME and Cooperative customers. The job holder develops and implements initiatives to enhance the quantity and quality of the Bank’s SME and Cooperative customer base; drives the adoption of digital CRM tools across the team; monitors the quality and status of services provided to SME and Cooperative customers to maximize customer value and satisfaction; and supervises the activities and performance of officers engaged in SME and Cooperative customer relationship management operations.
