Position: Trainee Analyst

Requirements: –

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with CGPA 3.0+in the fieldsof Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Health, or related disciplines.
• 0–1 year of work experience in a relevant field, including internships or project-based work.
• Keen eye for visualization and design, with the ability to create compelling, well-structured visuals, layouts, and graphics, from data dashboards to full designassets, that effectively communicate ideas and insights.
• Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Amharicand English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); proficiency in other analytical tools will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities through professional or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to workcollaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and changing situations.
• Willingness and aspiration for continuous learning and development.
