Role description

The company operates a modern 8 T/H coffee processing and cleaning facility with a Buhler color sorter , along with washing stations and dry-mill cleaning plants in Bulle Horra (Ebella), Guji (Qarcha and Gorome), and Yirgacheffe.

1. Poly Sheet Machine Jr. Operator
Education & Experience:
First Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. 0 years of experience for degree holders. Diploma holders with 2 years of related experience may also apply.

2. Junior Color Sorting Operator
Education:
BSc Degree.
Field of Study:
Industrial Engineering Automation Engineering Mechanical Engineering Electromechanical Engineering
Experience:
Zero/Fresh Graduate
CGPA:
Above 3.2

3. Operator – Bottle Preform
Education & Experience:
Diploma in Mechanics or a related field, or Completion of Grade 10/12. 4–6 years of experience operating Bottle Preform Injection Machines and related equipment.

4. Senior Operator – Bottle Preform
Education & Experience:
First Degree/Diploma in Food Science or a related field, or Completion of Grade 10/12. 2–6 years of related experience , as specified in the vacancy announcement.

5. Senior HR Officer
Education:
First Degree in Human Resource, Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience . At least 1 year in a similar capacity .
