Position 1: Junior Real Estate Sales Consultant
Education/Qualification:
– Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Experience:
– No experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome.
Skills:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Eagerness to learn and a passion for real estate sales.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Position 2: Front Desk Officer
Education/Qualification:
– Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Experience:
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly demeanor, professional appearance, and strong organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Position 3: Senior Real Estate Sales Consultant
Education/Qualification:
– Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Experience:
– Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales.
Skills:
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Position 4: Senior Real Estate Sales Supervisor
Education/Qualification:
– Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Experience:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
Skills:
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
- In-depth understanding of the real estate market and sales techniques.
