Selected candidates will undergo a structured recruitment process including an exam, training period, and a 15‑day paid internship/trial program . Successful interns may be offered permanent full‑time employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Generate AI prompts from scripts and content ideas Write effective prompts for text, image, audio, and video generation tools Create and refine AI‑generated content for broadcast and digital platforms Perform basic editing and quality checks on generated outputs Organize and save prompts, settings, and generated assets Follow editorial standards, copyright guidelines, and content policies Research new AI tools and technologies to improve workflows
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field Strong interest in AI tools, prompt engineering, and digital content creation Good written English communication skills Organized, creative, and detail‑oriented Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong teamwork and problem‑solving skills Basic knowledge of video/audio editing tools is an advantage
