Abay Bank S.C. is inviting qualified applicants to apply for four vacancies. The available positions include one Administrative Assistant role and three Branch Manager positions at Grade 1 and Grade 2 levels. 1. Administrative Assistant
Location: Head Office
Educational Qualification:
BA Degree or Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management or Administrative Service Management.
Work Experience:
BA Degree holders: At least 2 years of related work experience. Diploma holders: At least 4 years of related work experience.
2. Branch Manager – Grade 1
Location: Branches under Addis Ababa area
Educational Qualification:
BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or another business-related field.
Work Experience:
At least 6 years of work experience in banking operations. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position.
3. Branch Manager – Grade 1
Location: Branches under Dire Dawa District, including Kulbi, Deder, Fugna Bira (East Hararge), Daruselam, and Aksa IFB (Jigjiga)
Educational Qualification:
BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or another business-related field.
Work Experience:
At least 6 years of work experience in banking operations. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position.
Language Preference:
For the Deder and Fugna Bira branches, speaking and writing Afan Oromo is preferable.
4. Branch Manager – Grade 2
Location: Mersa Branch
Educational Qualification:
BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or another business-related field.
Work Experience:
At least 8 years of work experience in banking operations. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position.
