VisionFund Micro Finance Institution (S.C.) is inviting qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the position of Senior Information Technology Risk Management Officer.

VisionFund Micro Finance Institution was established under Proclamation No. 40/96 to provide financial services to economically active low-income communities in both rural and urban areas of Ethiopia. The institution currently operates across several regional states and is committed to promoting financial inclusion through sustainable microfinance services.

Position: Senior Information Technology Risk Management Officer

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional certification in IT Risk Management is an added advantage.

Required Experience

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a senior IT risk management role within a bank, microfinance institution (MFI), or another financial services organization.

Required Skills and Competencies

Strong knowledge of IT risk management principles and methodologies.
Understanding of research methods and risk assessment techniques.
Excellent analytical, evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good technological and digital literacy.
Ability to work effectively in a professional financial environment.
