Position 1: Graduate Paid Intern

Program Overview

The Graduate Paid Internship Program is designed to help fresh graduates gain practical experience in a professional work environment while building technical and workplace skills.

Number of Positions: 5

Duration: 3 Months (with the possibility of extension based on performance)

Location: Addis Ababa

Internship Benefit: Monthly paid stipend

Eligible Fields of Study

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines:

Management
Accounting and Finance
Marketing Management
Business Management
Mechanical Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Electromechanical Engineering

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants should:

Be graduates of June 2026.
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in one of the listed fields.
Have a preferred minimum CGPA of 3.00.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a willingness to learn.

Position 2: Junior Accountant

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or a related field.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant accounting experience is mandatory.

Key Requirements

Candidates should have:

Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
Familiarity with Ethiopian tax regulations (preferred).
Experience with accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
High attention to detail, integrity, and professionalism.
