The Ethiopian Dental Professionals Association (EDPA) is inviting qualified and enthusiastic candidates to apply for the position of Office Secretary at its office in Addis Ababa.

Position: Office Secretary

Location: Addis Ababa

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Level IV (10+3/COC) in Secretarial Science, Office Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Access or similar database management software.
Ability to prepare reports, manage spreadsheets, and maintain electronic records and databases.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Amharic and English.
Strong organizational, administrative, and record-keeping skills.
Ability to provide efficient office and administrative support.

Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications will be considered an advantage:

Educational background or practical experience in accounting or basic bookkeeping.
Previous experience working with professional associations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), or membership-based institutions.
Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
