Position 1: Senior Network Engineer

Qualifications

BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years as a Network Engineer.
Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa.

Position 2: Network Engineer

Qualifications

BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Junior Network Engineer.
Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa.

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer I

Qualifications

BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Experience

Minimum of 4 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 2 years as a Customer Service Officer.
Duty Station: Jigjiga Branch.

Position 4: Junior Customer Service Officer

Qualifications

BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.

Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee.
Duty Stations: Addis Ababa Branch, Butajira Branch, Hawassa Branches, Jigjiga Branch, and Wolkite Branch.

Salary

Salary and benefits will be provided according to Tsehay Bank's salary scale.
