Position 1: Accountant

Qualification

BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Accounting & Finance.

Experience

Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial plans, budgets, and reports.
Manage bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Monitor cash flow and prepare financial forecasts.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Coordinate financial reporting with management and auditors.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Experience with Peachtree Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary: ETB 28,665 per month

Position 2: Junior Finance Officer

Qualification

BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience

Fresh graduates (0 years) and above are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with financial reporting and budget preparation.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Support audit activities.
Help manage cash flow and financial documentation.

Required Skills

Good understanding of accounting principles.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting and Microsoft Office.

Salary: ETB 21,761 per month

Position 3: Junior Procurement Officer

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in:

Supply Chain Management
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Purchasing & Supply Management
Business Management
Accounting
Banking & Finance
Marketing Management
Related fields

Experience

0 years and above

Responsibilities

Support procurement processes.
Coordinate with suppliers.
Process purchase requests.
Maintain procurement records.
Assist in supplier evaluation.

Required Skills

Negotiation skills.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Good communication and analytical ability.

Salary: ETB 21,716 per month

Position 4: Property Administration and Storeman

Qualification

BA Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Manage company property and warehouse operations.
Supervise inventory and asset records.
Coordinate maintenance and facility management.
Prepare inventory reports.

Required Skills

Inventory management.
Store administration.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Salary: ETB 28,665 per month

Position 5: Junior System Administrator

Qualification

BSc Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.

Experience

0–2 years (Internship or project experience is acceptable.)

Responsibilities

Manage user accounts and permissions.
Maintain file servers.
Monitor network security.
Configure and maintain firewall systems.
