NAA Chartered Certified Auditors & Accountants is seeking enthusiastic and qualified fresh graduates to join its team for the following position.

Position: Audit Trainee

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance.
Only 2026 graduates are eligible to apply.
Applicants must have successfully passed the National Exit Examination.
Minimum CGPA of 3.00.

Required Skills and Competencies

Good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
Computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Job Summary

The Audit Trainee position is an entry-level opportunity designed to help fresh graduates build practical auditing skills. Successful candidates will work closely with senior auditors, supporting financial and operational audits while gaining hands-on experience in audit procedures, documentation, internal controls, and financial analysis.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare, organize, and maintain audit working papers and supporting documentation.
Assist audit teams during planning meetings and field assignments.
Collect and organize financial records and supporting documents from clients.
Participate in inventory stock counts and physical asset verification.
Perform substantive testing of financial transactions, account balances, invoices, and bank statements.
Evaluate and test clients' internal control systems.
Support Audit Seniors in completing assigned audit engagements.
Report identified issues to Audit Seniors or Managers promptly.
Ensure compliance with professional auditing standards and company procedures.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Continuously improve professional knowledge through training and self-development.
Carry out other related duties assigned by supervisors.
