Position: Customer Service Officer

Required Qualification

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:

Marketing Management
Business Administration
Communication
Public Relations
Related fields

Experience Requirement

Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
- Customer service
- Sales support
- Client relationship management
Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or manufacturing industries is an advantage.

Required Skills

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of brand management principles.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Good attention to detail, especially in document handling.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications:
- Word
- Excel
- PowerPoint
Experience with digital filing, archiving systems, or cloud storage is preferred.
Knowledge of Afaan Oromo language is an added advantage.
