Available Positions

1. Contract and Tender Administration Office Head

Qualification

BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, Procurement, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in contract administration, tender management, or construction project administration.
Previous managerial or supervisory experience is preferred.

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of FIDIC, GCC, and SCC/PCC contracts.
Experience in tender preparation, contract administration, claims, variation orders, payment applications, and Extension of Time (EOT).
Ability to review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and tender documents.
Knowledge of Ethiopian procurement procedures and construction laws.
Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project or Primavera P6 is an advantage.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

2. Office Engineer Head

Location: Addis Ababa Head Office (Travel to project sites required)

Qualification

BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management, or related field.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the Office Engineering Department.
Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
Review drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, and project reports.
Support tender preparation and technical proposals.
Review variation orders, claims, and contract documents.

Primavera P6
Construction contract administration
Leadership and report writing

3. Electromechanical Head

Location: Addis Ababa Head Office

Qualification

BSc or MSc in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in leadership positions.

Required Skills

Electromechanical systems installation and supervision.
Design review, testing, and commissioning.
AutoCAD and engineering software.
Strong planning, communication, and leadership abilities.

4. Senior Accountant (2 Positions)

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience

5–9 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain financial records and daily accounting transactions.
Prepare payroll and tax declarations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank and stock reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Required Skills

Peachtree Accounting Software.
MS Office.
Financial reporting.
Analytical and organizational skills.

5. Senior HR Officer

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

5–9 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with Ethiopian Labour Proclamation No. 1156/2019.
Manage employee relations and HR policies.
Supervise payroll coordination and performance management.
Maintain HR records and HRIS systems.
