Bilcor Institute of Leadership Coaching and Research is inviting qualified and motivated professionals to join its team. Position 1: Junior Accountant

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Understanding of Ethiopian tax regulations and accounting practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting or ERP software is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of documentation, filing, and withholding tax compliance.

Position 2: Finance and Administration Head

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and administration.
Manufacturing industry experience is required.
Previous experience managing finance and administrative functions is highly preferred.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and cost control.
Good understanding of Ethiopian tax, labor, and financial regulations.
Experience with accounting systems and ERP software is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and work effectively across departments.
