Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: Can I apply for the Business Development roles if I don’t have an engineering degree?

A: Yes. While an engineering background is highly valuable given the company’s technical nature, the vacancy clearly states that degrees in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, and Economics are also fully accepted across the Business Development and Market Intelligence roles.

Q: What is ELV and why is it important for the Market Intelligence role?

A: ELV stands for Extra Low Voltage systems, which typically include security cameras, access control, fire alarms, and advanced building automation networks. Since RedFox specializes in these technologies, having prior experience in assessing or researching ELV systems gives you a massive advantage in the Market Intelligence Officer role.

Q: What does “reviewed on a rolling basis” mean for my application?

A: This means the HR team will not wait until the final September 26 deadline to start evaluating CVs. They will review applications and potentially begin interviewing candidates as soon as they receive them. Therefore, applying as early as possible significantly increases your chances of being considered before a role is filled.

Q: I want to apply for the Sales Rep role, but I accidentally sent it to lidya@redfoxeme.com instead of elshaday@redfoxeme.com. Is this a problem?

A: Yes, it could be. The recruitment process is divided between two different HR representatives based on the department. You must resend your application to the correct designated email address (elshaday@redfoxeme.com for Sales) to ensure the proper department manager reviews it.
