Position: Customer Assessment Data Collector

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or data collection
Experience in conducting customer surveys or market research is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to approach customers confidently and politely.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, QR code scanning, and online survey platforms

Key Responsibilities:

Politely invite customers to participate in the customer satisfaction survey.
Assist customers in scanning the QR code when requested.
Explain the purpose and importance of the survey.
Ensure customers complete the survey independently without influencing their responses.
Monitor daily survey participation and report response rates.
Verify that QR codes are visible, accessible, and functioning properly.
