Oromia Bank Vacancy Announcement 2026: Associate Branch Sales and Customer Service Officer Jobs for Fresh Graduates (Jimma, Adama and Hawassa Districts)

Oromia Bank External Vacancy Announcement: Fresh Graduate Program 2026

About Oromia Bank:
Oromia Bank, known as “People’s Bank,” is a private commercial bank that serves customers through a wide network of branches across Oromia and several other regions of Ethiopia. The bank has now published three external vacancy announcements, under reference numbers EVAC/033/2026, EVAC/034/2026, and EVAC/028/2026, inviting qualified and competent fresh graduates to apply for the position of Associate Branch Sales and Customer Service Officer. Each announcement is managed by a different district office, namely Jimma, Adama, and Hawassa, and each covers branches in different regions, from Oromia and the South West to Gambella, Sidama, and Somali. No work experience is required, which makes this a strong entry point into banking for 2026 graduates in accounting, management, marketing, economics, and related fields. Employment is permanent after satisfactory completion of the probation period, and pay follows the bank’s salary and benefit policy. Because each district has its own GPA cut-off, age limit, language rule, and registration place, read the section for your preferred district carefully before you travel. Qualified female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Candidate Guidance: How to Prepare for Bank Fresh Graduate Registration

Fresh graduate bank vacancies attract thousands of applicants, and registration officers reject incomplete files. Use these steps to protect your chance:

Pick your district first: GPA cut-offs, age limits, and language rules differ, so choose the district where you meet every condition.
Check your GPA and age carefully: Jimma accepts 3.00 (male) and 2.750 (female) with an age limit of below 30. Adama requires 3.5 and 3.25 with below 30. Hawassa requires 3.5 and 3.25 with below 26.
Confirm your exit exam and graduation year: Only 2026 graduates who passed the exit exam can apply.

Match your degree title: Compare your degree with the accepted fields of study. Titles outside the list are not eligible.
Write your work place preference clearly: The application letter must state the branch location you prefer, so check the language rule for that region first.
Prepare clean originals and copies: Bring a degree, student copy, Grade 8 certificate, and birth certificate if age is not shown, with no erasures.

Go early: Registration lasts only six working days, and lines are long on the final day.
