Position: Compliance and Systems Director (CSD)
Role Overview: The CSD is part of the senior management team and ensures effective delivery of PIN’s Ethiopia programme. The role oversees compliance, systems, and operations across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and HR , ensuring adherence to donor regulations and PIN policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and participate in senior management decision‑making Ensure compliance with donor requirements and PIN internal procedures Oversee Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and HR teams, ensuring capacity building and efficiency Supervise budgeting, reporting, audits, and financial monitoring Lead procurement planning, implementation, and anti‑corruption oversight Manage logistics systems including asset registry, fleet planning, and inventory control Oversee HR functions: recruitment, induction, staff evaluation, salary scale management, succession planning Ensure compliance with national regulations (taxes, permits, licenses) and donor requirements Represent PIN with local authorities, donors, and partners
Qualifications & Competencies
University degree in Finance, Economics, Logistics, Public Administration, Law, or related field Significant experience managing systems, finance, procurement, administration, and HR Strong knowledge of donor compliance, budgeting, and financial reporting Experience in logistics, procurement, and HR oversight Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple departments Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required Advanced IT literacy (MS Excel, accounting/economic software)
Salary & Benefits
