Role description
FDRE MESOB Service is seeking qualified candidates for the following position.
FDRE MESOB Service (Modern Ethiopian Service for Organized Benefits) is a federal government initiative established to provide citizens with a one-stop digital and physical service center where multiple government services can be accessed in a single location. The goal is to make public services faster, more transparent, and more convenient by integrating services from various government institutions under one platform.
Position: Call Center Advisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology (IT), Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Applicants should have
- Proficiency in both Amharic and Afaan Oromoo.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Age:- 18–24 years
Commitment:
- 48 working hours per week.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts.
